  • My business printer stopped working this morning and I had to make an emergency trip to Staples to fix the problem. Jeff did a great job of diagnosing the problem and immediately provided the drum for my existing printer. I greatly appreciated that he didn't try and sell me something I didn't need. He made it possible for me to get back to my business and get back to work. Thank you, Jeff!
