My husband and I dined at Blue in January of 2017. Our tab was about $160. I noticed a few days later that the charge had never cleared our account & it wasn't showing as pending. Thought that was weird but honestly just forgot about it. The meal wasn't all that memorable anyway. Fast forward 2 months, March 23rd the charge finally cleared out account. 2 months later!! I had definitely forgotten about it at this point! Thankfully we had the funds in our account as we don't typically carry much in that account. I've never dined at any establishment that took 2 months to charge a card..... a debit card at that. So my husband calls the restaurant to see what happened .... someone took a message said a manager would call him back. Never got a call back. Called again two days later. Was told the manager was moving his car & would call back as soon as he got back in the restaurant. Never got a call back. Called for a third time today & left yet another message with the claims of getting a call back, not holding my breath. Long story short, don't eat here unless you plan on paying for it 2 months later. After this inconvenience & the abysmal communication from the management staff, we won't be back.
