  • I recently purchased a new Lexus from Hendrick. I was initially approached by Erin and had an absolutely amazing experience. Buying a new vehicle is genuinely one of the few things that I loathe. Erin was professional and knowledgable. She showed exceptional patience throughout test drives, vehicle selection and was a joy to work with. I felt that she was honest and truly wanted for me to have the best experience possible. The rest of the entire staff was very courteous and helpful throughout the time spent there.
