| - Wow. Very surprised to see these reviews considering I had the BEST experience and so did my mother and so did my boyfriend!! First off, let's talk about how perfect their customer service was. My boyfriend and I recently bought a new home and we are about to move in but we have no furniture. The minute I walked in, Nicole greeted me and helped me when I was so overwhelmed and pointed me in all the right directions. She didn't stop there either! I found a couch that I love and she found me later on in the day having trouble finding the perfect ottoman, she immediately started helping me and bringing all different types of ottomans over to find the perfect one for me. I decided I needed to go measure my living room, and unfortunately when I did, I found that the couch I chose was slightly to big for my living room.
So, I decided before I go back there, I'm going to try a couple other places. I went to Ashley's furniture which is awful, and they hound you and harass you to buy something and then I went to American Furniture and oh my gosh don't even get me started. Nobody wanted to help me at American furniture, I spoke with a guy James there, he had no interest in helping me find the couch with the right measurements, and it wasnt just James that didn't help us, countless salesman walked past me and could see the defeat on my face and NONE helped. and at this point it was about 4 pm and my boyfriend and I were ready to give up.
I said let's go back to living spaces before the day is over. They at least cared we were there. I walked in, I worked with Tylor, who my mom bought her last couch from and told me he was amazing! He immediately brought me to a computer, took the measurements of my living room, and found couches that they had that would fit in my living room. He did this whole mock up on a computer! It was amazing! We found the best couches for us, and he even lifted and carried a couch over to the tv stands so I could match one with the color grey of my couches.
Now I am bad with names, but I will never forget the names of Tylor and Nicole who DID HELP ME and James who DIDNT help me at American Furniture. Also keep in mind, my mother is one of the most pickiest people, and she has bought 3 couches from there, tv stand, coffee table, and a kitchen table and has had no problems and it's great quality. If you don't believe me, then at least believe that! Lol geeez!
I will definitely be back there to get more items! :)
