  • I try not to write bad reviews but today was rough. I dropped my car off right when they opened at 7 and an employee said at the earliest it would be done at 10:30am. There were 8 people in front of me and I didn't have an appointment so I was ok with the wait time. I called at noon and they said there was one car in front mine and by 2:30 it should be done. It was in the exact same place I left it 8 1/2 hours later. I blame myself though. These guys are swamped in there, they are very friendly, and I really should have made an appointment. Word to the wise... Make an appointment and not on the weekend. They are really nice people.
