  • Hands down the best storage facility! Lindsay and Josh have been extremely helpful and friendly! (Really all the employees that I have encountered go above and beyond, they are all friendly and helpful - I just don't remember everyone's name.) The facility is very clean and well managed. Pretty much all the space locations are super convenient. The temperature control is excellent. Never a problem. The building seems to be pretty eco-friendly - lights turning on as you walk down the hallway. Turning on timed light switch for spaces. I noticed thats some spaces have doors that will open by button, instead of of having to pull it up. However, the doors are not heavy at all, and they are balanced and easy to open and close. They have several large flatbed carts conveniently located in every hallway. I have never had to look for or wait for a cart. They have mini refrigerators placed throughout the facility - stocked with ice cold bottles of water - free of charge. They have snacks in the office - free of charge. I have had a space on the 2nd floor as well as the 1st floor. And both were super convenient! Getting in and out of the property and the facility is super easy and very secure. They provide excellent customer service. And have put a lot of thought into making sure everything is as easy and convenient as possible for their customers.
