| - I run a home-based online business. My computer is the heart of my business. So when it went pop last night and smoke rolled out, I knew I needed an expert to tell me if it could be repaired or if I was looking at a replacement.
I called right after they openned and from the start of the phone call, I knew I was in good hands. Matthew answered my questions and told me what to bring with me. His directions for finding their location were also excellent.
Vince started in on my computer as soon as it arrived. I appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. Within 10 minutes, he diagnosed the problem and I knew it was a repair and not a replacement. With a 5 year old machine, finding the right parts and connections took a little effort, but he did it.
I waited while they resolved my problem. This also gave me the chance to observe other customers and their interactions. Overall, everyone left happy and they were treated with respect.
These guys could have charged me an arm and a leg, but my bill was only the cost of the part and a half hour of labor. They didn't gouge me for diagnostics or make me pay for services I didn't need.
They did recommend a maintenance service for me, and based on my great experience today, I will schedule that with them.
