The Priest is all about purity, with a focus on serving awesome burgers and fries without the confusion of a thousand exotic toppings.
The owner selects the beef every morning personally, then grinds it in fresh batches all day long. Simple concept, but I swear I have eaten burgers all over the world, and I have never had one explode in my mouth with juicy tasty fresh perfection like this. The fries are also exemplary, exactly the way I like them, not greasy, not too thick, not too thin.
