  • My friend and I came here because it was late and we were both craving matcha lattes. Happened to pass by and decided to give it a try. The cafe itself is very cute and I like how it is open 24 hours. The drinks were also pretty good (aside from being more room temperature than hot). However, the customer service that was received was not top notch. My friend got her drink right away, mine ended up being forgotten and I waited about 20 minutes for it. When I asked about it they didn't even know my order and told me someone else must have taken it even though nobody else had ordered drinks. I do appreciate them giving me a bigger size for the mistake, but I am not sure I will be returning.
