Visited the Abbotsford store for supplies this AM, and staff were more than helpful. Returned with my wife this evening to get some wall tiles, and first fellow was of great help. When we later looked at the product he pulled for us as we were about to pay for it, it had a different gloss and colour. The colour difference was very noticeable. Talked with a heavy-set person who now was manning the area and we were blown off by him, saying it comes from a quarry and there will be differences. He did not even take the time to look at the product. Talked with the manager on the way out about our experience, and he did not seem that interested. Time for Lowes to find people who are customer sensitive, and BTW, if a heavy-set fellow in tiles tried to assist you, tell him to call the manager as you want a different person. A business prospers when you treat customers with respect. Would suggest the second clerk find a job where he does not need to deal with people.
