  • We no longer feel safe in our neighborhood. 1. An HOA associate came and harassed us about our dogs. Rather than getting our side of the story or simply telling us to get the situation fixed, we were accused of being "careless" and "not caring" 2. We have received a "Hate Note" recently saying "F... you chinks get out of this neighborhood" 3. We and our neighbors have noticed suspicious people walking around during different times of the day. They will park their car outside of the fence/wall (black Impala with no license plate), and walk around the neighborhood looking into people's windows. 4. Our AC was not getting cold. My fiancĂ© checked the side of the building and found our unit unplugged. What is the HOA doing about this? Nothing! We are paying a ridiculous fee as it is ($210) and they are saying they do not want to hire security because they would need to raise HOA fees yet again?! Not only that, but they are talking about raising fees to 300-400 a month when they open their clubhouse.
