| - I was here the other day to buy some steak and some prosciutto. I got a Prime quality Porterhouse, Upper Choice Filet, and Choice 1855 Black angus Ribeye.
All were cooked to mid-rare
Prime Porterhouse - Absolutely Delicious. So flavorful, juicy, and tender. Expensive but worth spoiling yourself on.
The Filet - Delicious as well, Very very tender.
Ribeye - Kind of a disappointment. I've never been one to buy into the Black Angus BS/Advertising, but I was in the mood for a Ribeye. The flavor was there, but couldn't tell a difference in quality, so for the price, I'll stick to Sam's club
Prosciutto - DELICIOUS, perfectly sliced, I've used it in Omelettes, and Fettucine Alfredo, and love it.
OVERALL - Great butcher shop to check out if you want fresh, quality meat. The price may be higher, but dammit, you're paying for quality. Next time I'm going to check their Sushi Quality Salmon, and hopefully I'll have enough saved up for their DRY AGED PRIME quality steak.
