  • I purchased Maruyama string trimmer about a year ago based on ISS recommendation. By far the best trimmer I have owned but suddenly it would not start. Usually two to three pulls gets the job done. Brought the trimmer back to ISS and they diagnosed the problem as a bad plug in 2 minutes. Replaced the plug no charge and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with a working string trimmer. Great customer service. Definitely my source for yard equipment in the future
