| - I have no idea how this businesses got more then a 1 star rating, I don't usually complain but this is a must.I had an extremely bad experience with this particular Gibson location. They told Me My phone would be ready in an hour,when I returned, the store was closed.I called the number on the window and they told Me they would call a technician to meet Me back at the store, so I waited about 30 minutes.I called back a different person answered the phone and had no idea what I was talking about and basically told Me I was screwed and I had to wait until the next day,so I did.I went back the next day to pick up My phone and I told a lady what had happened, she was very nice she told Me that the best they could do was give Me a discount of $5.Since she was so kind I accepted the offer. 2 days later My phone fell off the night stand on to carpet and it broke the glass again,with the screen protector they charged Me an additional $15 for on top of the $50 screen.I went back to the store and explained to a gentleman this time what had happened. He looked at the phone and said "oh wow it cracked the protector and the screen, but it could of been worse if it were not for the screen protector." I asked him was there a few day warranty at least,because I just had it fixed recently. He said no there was nothing they could do,but he could apply a $5 discount and it would be another $45,come to find out they give every body a $5 discount with an online coupon very comical yes I got bamboozoled but you live and learn.I told him I might as well buy a new phone,he just looked at Me and shrugged his shoulders and said yeah. So being that said I will not give them business again,that was very bad business. They were nice but nice doesn't fix My phone.BEWARE
