  • I was referred to Phx Neurology Sleep Center by my primary doctor in Northern AZ. I have driven hours to receive quarterly treatment by Dr. Klaski. in Goodyear Az . Unfortunately I have also waited on the phone for HOURS when trying to make appt. The staff "follow up" at the call center and front desk makes for a very unpleasant experience. If you are lucky enough to actually see the doctor he is somewhat pleasant to work with but good luck navigating the maze of staff,phone call messages and waiting for returned calls to get anything accomplished, coordinated and followed up on. I have seen other neurologist for my condition for the same treatment for the past 5 years and never experienced such frustration.You will be put on hold be prepared to take several hours out of your day to manage your own appointment.. Sadly this is why I am looking for another neurologist. Not so much the patient care or Physician but rather the staff follow through and loooooooong waits on the the phone to do anything.
