  • Called ahead for an 11 am oil change before we were to head out of town, when we got there they told us they wouldn't be able to have it completed until closer to 3 pm. Why call ahead to get on the books if it's going to take 4 hours for an oil change! That is beyond disappointing and had we known we could have made other arrangements. They have lost a customer.
