  • Best customer service I've ever experienced. Unlike Home Depot, I was approached immediately as I walked in. The workers in the lumber department went above and beyond to help me, even though my product wasn't purchased from Lowes. Even after I left, one of the workers even came outside to make sure the job was done right and used a hand saw to finish it off. They genuinely cared about me being happy about the service they provided.
