I bought a new lawn mower about 2 years ago. It quit working after 2 months. The mower was difficult to start and if I shut it off to remove the cut grass, then tried to restart it, it would not start. I had to wait about an hour, then it would restart.
I took it to a repair shop (not Croft) was charged over $100 and it still did not work properly. So for almost 2 years, I could not allow the mower to turn off during my mowing.
I finally decided to take it in to another repair shop. I went to Croft Mechanical because it has only 5 star ratings on Yelp. So thank you Yelp. Tom Croft did a great job replacing the carburetor and a few other things. I have now used the mover several times and it works just like a new mower.
Tom Croft is a very pleasant person. I could not be more pleased with the service he provides.
