We are Vegas locals and Michael Mina is one of our favorites. The Tuna Tartar and lobster pot pie are amazing. My only criticism was the service at last night's dinner. One of the help kept saying "no problem" and "uh huh" after I thanked them for water, more bread, whatever it was. First of all, this is your job, so I know it is not a problem. And frankly, because it is your job, I am not interested in hearing that it was a not a problem. And saying "uh huh" is...lazy and indifferent. So, just a suggestion to management. Get your staff to get the terms "no problem" and "uh huh" out of their vocabulary.
