Horrible, absolutely horrible customer service. Had to file with both American Express and BBB in order to get satisfaction on a transaction for a 55" Sony TV we bought that right out of the box had a broken screen and within 3-4 hours of having bought we had to return for an exchange BUT to my surprise the manager wouldn't accept our exchange request! Totally honest here but B.B. simply discredited us as if otherwise. I ended up getting AMEX Platinum card to cover us by 100% refunding us since we have all sorts of coverage when we use their card.
