  • I've been coming to this gym since it opened and I really loved it. I would drive farther just to come to this gym, and now I will never come back. the male trainer made me feel so uncomfortable. I have had a membership for 3 years now and have never felt this way. They have no judgement posted every where but I felt intimidated BY THE TRAINER. he stood outside the PF 360 room watched me workout for like 3-5 minutes then came in the room, still on his phone, and took the resistance band I was using for squats away. Then I went to jump rope with my own resistance and I brought from home & he said I couldn't use any outside equipment( resistance bands, jump ropes, bar pads, ect) which I have never heard of, and I've never seen any signs posted about this. he didn't explain why he took the band, why I can't use any outside equipment, nothing, he just left the room! I will never be back as long as he works there. I would rather go anywhere else.
