  • Thank you for making my first rental car experience a great one! Everyone was so pleasant to work with and even gave me an upgrade to a full-size car which actually worked out for our trip. Prices were great! We were acknowledge and greeted when we picked up and returned to the car. Unfortunately for us, we left our garage and gate remote when we returned the car and I filed a lost & found report. The customer representative on the phone was helpful and filed a report for us. We went back the next day to collect our items but they couldn't find it. The Filipino woman supervisor was so kind and helpful and ended up giving us a credit back for our rental. Your staff's customer service skills are outstanding! Keep up the great work & positive attitude y'all!
