  • I went here for anxiety and adult ADHD. I have been seeing a psychiatrist for many years, but he is retiring so I have to find a new one. My counselor, Doug, was great. The office staff is terrible. Calling and talking to a person is difficult, and they don't seem to want to work with you to find an appointment that works with your schedule. If you miss an appointment, they charge you $50. I tried to call an inform them that I couldn't make it, but I couldn't get ahold of a person. Then when I was scheduled to see Theresa, I arrived early. They asked me to wait in the waiting area, that's very cramped, and then after 20 minutes after my appointment time I still hadn't seen the dr. I don't need a psychiatrist that stresses me out. I will find a new dr., with better office staff.
