  • Have been here recently for wine tasting classes. I don't know a lot about wine but I'm sure learning. I've been to the Spain and Big Reds of California classes. They serve prosciutto, and who doesn't love that?, and other assorted meats. The cheeses are to die for. Marketing at its best...We've bought some fantastic cheese and wine there. Being the ameuturs that we are we learned about temperature, storage, it's okay to mix red meat and visa versa, and yes, aerating the wine really does make a difference. Looking forward to our next class.
