  • I have been a patient of Dr Geeb for the last 4 years. I made a 8am appointment 6 months in advance. 1 month before the appointment I was notified that Dr Geeb would not be there that day and I would have to reschedule. I requested the next available first appointment in the morning and was told I would have to wait until at least May. I was then lectured about how I should book my next appointment before I leave the office and I might be able to get an 8am appointment, meanwhile that is what I had done. I made a last appointment of the day which is 3:40pm. Due to Project Neon and accidents on the freeway I arrived 25 minutes late (at 3:50pm), after being on the road for 55-60 minutes!! I had tried to call to explain that I was going to be late but the phone continued to ring with no answer!!! On my arrival I was told Dr Geeb said I need to reschedule!! Needless to say I was quite disturbed! I have never been late in the last 4 years!!! Every appointment I have had with Dr Geeb I had to wait AT LEAST 2 hours with no complaints (even with the last appointment of the day I have left there at 6:30pm!!). This in addition to many calls made to her, that were not returned in the past, is my impetus to get a new physician!! Due to the unreturned calls I had to go to CVS Minute Clinic for treatment!!
