  • The customer service is good but that's about all I can say. I got in my Honda CR-V and noticed that in 100 degree summer weather my A/C was only blowing hot air. The week before my dad noticed fluids leaking from my car but we thought it was just condensation; turns out it was free-on being pushed out from a long trip in hot weather I had made. I decided to make the shorter drive to this Goodyear location; I always get amazing service at other locations so figured this would be the same. I asked if they could just check my fluid levels and they said "Sure bring it on by and we'll just pop the hood and look real quick in the parking lot!" I pulled up and went inside and gave them my key. About 15 minutes later a technician came out and said I needed a new filter (he even showed me how dirty mine was) so I said ok. When my car was finished I owed $150 for them to put in a new filter and "Pop the hood real quick in the parking lot". WHAT THE HELL?! Ok whatever, I paid it and thanked them and figured that I had misunderstood what they meant. The next day I go to put my dog in the back seat and find spare parts on the ground. They took pieces out to get to the filter and didn't put them back in so I had to go back, wait in the packed lobby with my 100 pound husky/lab and wait for them to put my car back together. 2 weeks later I came back because I needed my license plate light changed. I got in and out quickly with no issues, only cost about $20. I ended up at the the Honda dealership a week later because my battery died and asked them to inspect a rattling sound I kept hearing (my car is only an '07 and is in amazing condition). Turns out when Goodyear changed my license plate light they completely broke the housing unit for the light, which in turn made the light rattle around. So now I'm gonna have to pay another $50 for a new housing unit. It may not seem like a lot but it's something I shouldn't even have to be replacing. Then to top it off they took off a panel from my trunk to get to the light then forgot to put the panel back on. I found the panel in my trunk and popped that back on myself. Leaving parts out of your A/C in the back seat and breaking pieces of my car then not even mentioning it is just unacceptable and unprofessional. Some of their prices may be lower than the car dealership but it's not even worth it if they're just gonna break your car or take it apart and not put it back together. I will definitely stick to either going to the dealership or to the Goodyear tires in California I usual go to on my visits home, this place is so not worth the time.
