  • Yes, the restaurant has only been open a couple of months but basic service is basic service. Customers shouldn't have to ask for water refills or silverware. The food was fine...it's Bob Evans. I think there's a standard Bob Evans seeks and I don't know that I've ever been dissatisfied...at least with the food. We had a bonus tonight as it was Kids' Night and my two children would eat for free. Only there was a problem. When I went to pay the bill the girl at the register first forgot to discount the kids' meals and had to call in reinforcements. Then they noticed only one kids' meal was on the bill. The other was entered as a normal meal...so all in all I saved $3. On top of everything else, I ordered a chocolate sundae to go only to find out I received a caramel sundae.
