Even though it is right next to Sapphire, we really enjoyed our first time at this restaurant. Loud music, Shakira playing on their TVs we were hydrating after day drinking so were just on a water mission.
This place has the best salsa verde of my life. Could not stop eating the free chips + diff salsas. We ordered the nachos which we annihilated Ino protein added) split the chicken enchiladas served with black beans and rice + al pastor (2) and carnitas (1) tacos. Out of these dishes, I would pick the enchiladas over the tacos. They pride themselves with being organic which is noble but the al pastor lacked the fatty flavor which I love in taquerias.
It slowed down when we dined around 10 PM and our food came out quick but our server Roark was a little spotty with service. It took a while to get our waters refilled and he didn't really check on us. Another female server came by to check on us to let us know that he stepped out for a moment. Tasty and fun atmosphere, we are fans.
