  • Such a HUGE fan of Boba Tree. In fact, the whole family is! When we first found it, we went 8 times in 2 weeks! Love the care and precision that they make everything with. No pre-made mixes or anything. They're doing everything from scratch & most of it on the spot. You'll even note the "mixology" tools behind the bar if you take a look. We have had a variety of things & they are all wonderful. First of all, my wife and I are HUGE fans of the "cheese tea". It is basically a cream cheese foam that floats on top of the tea. And then you slurp the tea through the foam getting a bit of both. From what I understand, it's huge in Taiwan, China, Malaysia & Singapore. http://blog.foodnetwork.com/fn-dish/2017/06/will-we-all-soon-be-drinking-cheese-tea/ A bit sweet, a bit salty (from a pinch of salt) & so yummy. And the teas they put it on top of are lovely as well. Not syrupy sweet like a lot of boba shops. The default has a bit of sweetness but you can also order it without sugar (which we do). We love it over the buckwheat tea. It is also great over rose tea, peach tea, Japanese tea. While we've never been able to bring ourselves to order anything other than the cheese tea, our kids love the honey aloe tea with boba (super fresh boba) and the bubble ocean drink. Have tried the super grapefruit and super orange teas as well and they were fantastic too. The mango pancake is ridiculous too!!! I can't recommend Boba Tree highly enough (and do to pretty much everyone we know)!
