  • The buyer of our home used this service, and I feel they did an alright job. They missed some important things that they should have caught, and they brought up some things that seemed like a waste of time. They also failed to give us any warning about the radon inspection and what was necessary (all windows closed for 3+ days; must remain closed until inspector arrives to pick it up, even if it's been 3+ days). I certainly wouldn't use them.
