Made an on-line reservation for 6:30 PM. When I arrived, approximately 7 minutes early, the office was closed, lights off, door open.
I called customer service who initially advised the office was currently closed. I explained to him that the store hours on-line showed the office was open until 7 and he confirmed my appointment was in the system for 6:30 PM and that the office was supposed to be open until 7:00 pm.
He was unable to contact someone and I ultimately did not receive service.
I waisted one hour of my time driving to and from the location. This is the type of bad business that one would expect from a start up company. Not one that's established.
To add insult to injury, there was another customer standing there waiting who advised me he also had a 6:30 PM appointment, he also was not able to obtain service. The company says they will charge $25 for a missed appointment, apparently the consideration they expect does not go both ways.
