  • Last week our air conditioning started to blow only hot air, in 115° weather that is unbearable. We immediately packed up our 3 dogs and went to stay with my parents (they are amazing & tolerant), this occurred on Wednesday. We contacted our home warranty company, the first company they set up couldn't get to us until Monday, which didn't seem completely unreasonable considering it's AZ during the summer. Kudos to our warranty company, on their own they found A-Quality Refrigeration Inc., this company could assess the situation on Friday. Mark and his assistant called to say they would be earlier than scheduled (when does that happen, ever?), and got right to work upon arrival. It was the motor, he replaced it immediately and then stayed long enough to make sure the air was blowing cold again. Mark & his assistant were great. They were professional and nice, as well as having the parts needed for repair on hand. Don't be disconcerted by Mark's brusque manner over the phone, he is all business and requires only the essential information. His phone never stopped ringing the entire time he was repairing our air conditioner, everyone is desperate for AC repair in the desert. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark & his company.
