  • Steve Abbott "owner" was courteous. The job was to replace gasket in shower, due to a leak. Per Steve "I use caulk around gasket to make a better bond, and should last about 15 years." Well, in doing so he glued down my shower strainer plate that I wanted to replace, because it was yellowing -- but now it was not possible. So, 3 calls were made to him, and not a single return call. I got screwed, I paid cash and he is still working on other jobs...be careful! There is no courtesy will this plumbing company. Referred by a reputable contractor in Las Vegas, which I've used recently.
