  • Just a quick update since it's been a while since my first visit. I had an appt. and I ended up having to take an extra shift that I didn't realize interfered with my dentist appointment at the time. I called the day before to reschedule, trying to be considerate to call within a 24hr span. Well just an FYI they have a 48hr rescheduling fee and policy. I wasn't aware and it was a last minute shift so I attempted to switch my hours at work to avoid a $50 fee. I called back and said if I absolutely had to I would make it to my appointment but if it was possible or if they had a cancellation another time that day would really work better. They asked for my name and only took a minute to look. They squeezed me in at 8:30. I made sure to show up as soon as I could after dropping my kiddo to school and sure enough they got me in promptly. They were more than accommodating to the fact that I had to bring my young child with me to my unexpected appt time (which I'm not crazy about but besides being a chatter box he's usually pretty well behaved in public) and were extremely prompt and friendly to both of us. Everyone is social and I'm always pleased that the front office staff is always personable as well.At least that's what I like to think. Thanks radiant smiles for being so accommodating!
