rev:text	I went in today for an oil change. Waited for 2hours and my car was still parked in the same place from when I first arrived. At least have the decency to inform your customers of long wait times. There were 2 ladies ahead of me also long wait times. I noticed when their car was done the guy working the desk waited for about 20 minutes to inform her the car was ready..... All while he waited on other customers. Her wait time was 3hours+...also there for just an oil change. When I finally left to go to another location, I asked for my keys and this man stated in rude tone "one less person in front of you people". Is that how you really feel about your customers? I wasn't wrong for leaving. At least you could have apologized and kept your smart mouth comment to yourself. Maybe because I'm black...not from Africa mind you, I deserve such respect.
