| - I don't think that I have ever walked into an establishment, asked a simple enough question and then turned around and walked right out the door like I did here.
I walk by this place every day on my commute and saw that they had posted a sign advertising that they do Shellac manicures, nice. I walked in hoping to make an appointment on any weekday after 5pm (because I work!) or for the weekend anytime. The nail tech was busy with a client so the Asian hairdresser pulled out the appointment book while I told her which times were good for me. She kept offering 1pm and I politely said "no, I'm sorry but I work then. Do you have anything after 5pm or on the weekend?". The nail tech lady noticed that I kept repeating myself over and over offered to come over and help while the bitchy Asian hairdresser shouted out in front of everyone "this lady needs an appointment right NOW because she is SO important!". I looked at her and said "wow, I'll go elsewhere."
If you are into a bitchy, dominatrix-like experience, then by all means, this may be the salon for you, but if you like good customer service and the ability to book an appointment at a time when you are actually free, sans ridicule, then I would suggest going elsewhere; anywhere else! And before you comment, with such a lame name for a salon such as this, I am not even sure why I ventured into this business in the first place.
