  • I'm a big fan of thrift shops, and this is my favourite. I've found really wonderful items here; yesterday I saw a like-new Acquascutum trench coat (alas, too big for me) and Easy Spirit shoes still in the store box (too small for me). The book section is much better than most thrift shops. Prices for most things are very low, a bit higher for designer, vintage or brand new items. Frequent sales make the prices even more attractive.
