  • The receptionist has no personality and a bit rude. Dr. Brent Nelson was nice but the physical therapist was terrible. Not helpful at all I spent several appointment waiting for her to tell me which exercises to do next because she was talking to another patient!! When I switched to a different physical therapist, I was given a hard time which seemed unprofessional. Would not recommend.
