rev:text	If you have all the time in the world, by all means, go to Snips and Clips for Kids for your kid's haircut. My son is 2 yrs old. I've had his hair cut here 4 times in the last year. I've walked out twice without getting his hair cut (so a total of 6 visits). Don't even bother making an appointment because your going to wait an excessive amount of time no matter what. I've waited 30 to 45 minutes every time I've been there and that's with an appointment. It doesn't seem to matter to them that you took the time to make an appointment and had reasons for doing it. Your time is of no value to them. Each and every time it's the same excuses. I understand that kids can get fussy when they get their hair cut and unforeseen circumstances and rushes occur, but seriously? This isn't a one or two time thing. This has happened every single time I"ve been there. If your customers are consistently waiting that long on a regular basis, there's something wrong going with your staff and within your establishment. There's some sort of time management, communication or staff issue going on, don't blame it on the kids or customers. I've also called before coming in just to make sure we won't be waiting and been reassured that there wouldn't be an issue only to have the same excessive wait time happen again. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, multiple times, but this place is a joke. I expressed how unhappy I was twice and both times they mumbled a sorry and looked at me like, "so? There's more where you came from lady. Next!" My time is too valuable to waste here. There's no way I'll ever go back.
