  • Horrible experience with them. Agree to a deal with them through the normal long and painful process. Then they can't produce the vehicle they made the deal on. They then refuse to honor the deal on the exact car they made the deal on that is due in a couple of weeks. High pressure sales to just accept what they had that day. I want to thank them for wasting my Friday. I'll never set foot in the place again. Speaking of trying to get to the closest fit. According to your website you guys do have a very similar vehicle available. It just has moon roof and tailgate assist. Was that brought to my attention as you were trying to get to the closest fit? NO. I can understand someone making an error entering the color of the interior. What I can't understand or accept is your sales team digging their heels in and refusing to help me get into the one coming in a few weeks from now. There was little to no attempt to solve the problem. Their bottom line was, take what we have parked outside or leave it. The one on your website is about $1000 more. If anyone there had given a flip we likely could have made a deal yesterday.
