We bring our dog to P&M's often, we feel very safe having them take care of her. The staff seems to remember owners and dog names well, although the front counter staff has a mild turnover rate. Anyway, we've been going there for three years for boarding and doggie daycare. Knowing that our dog is safe is our first concern, and that's never been an issue. Around holiday weekends its books up solid and there are times they are at capacity. The lines do take time to check in and out but they are making sure everything is up to date and if certain animals require special care. Boarding can get expansive but to us that's a part of the cost of dog ownership.
