  • We went for a quick drink and dinner on our way to an event. The staff sat us downstairs in front of the entry door (25 degrees outside) and forgot about us as we were the only diners downstairs. We requested to be moved upstairs because we couldn't take our coats off and then waited forever for our drinks (If they served us more timely, drinking would have kept us busy). It was almost an hour before they served our food - why? They ran out of burgers on a Saturday evening?! They did give our appetizer for free but definitely made us late for our evening out.
