  • I've been a patient here for almost two years. After 1.5 years I was unable to get ahold of anyone on the phone and my RXs were never filled correctly or timely. The RX was for the wrong quantity and no refills were authorized despite being on RX for the foreseeable future. There's language barriers and now a new PA who won't communicate despite having the ability to. This was my first experience with an endocrinologist office and despite initially helping me, I will be looking for a new doctor long term.
