  • I have a previous prescription for contact lenses and eyeglasses somewhere else prior to coming to this office. I never experience any headaches on the prescription and my vision was great! I decided to go here since it was near by me and I needed to update the prescription, it turn out to be a bad decision I made. Dr. Steed give me a lower prescription and said that the prior one was too high. And told me to let him know if it does work out or not. I called back to schedule for a re-exam since the prescription he gave me, I could see near but not far!!! This is so frustrating due to this I have experienced headache and can't focus! The staff wasn't so sure about the billing. She told me I might have to pay more!? I don't think so...I don't mind paying for a whole new fitting but theres no way I'm going to pay more for a wrong prescription...no thank...I'll save myself some trouble and go to another office and pay them to do a good job!
