  • If there was a way to give negative stars, I would give negative 100. Absolute WORST customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. Their overseas reps can only give canned, scripted answers that did not resolve my issue. My bill hasn't been right once in almost a year. If you are considering signing up, DON'T!!
