  • I would never buy a car from them! I was acquiring about a car out of state because I'm relocating to Mesa, and wanted to have a car there waiting for me! Acquired about a fresh trade in, took several emails/texts to get a single response. They stated that they charge a 2600.00 reconditioning fee on used cars which I thought was absurd, which they were willing to waive the fee on, in their defense... I told them, I had down payment, good credit, and all I was getting was generic emails sometimes, if they even responded at all. Finally I sent one final text, asked the sales manager what was going on, and he said the car was already sold! By the way the same sales manager told me he moved it too another lot so it couldn't be sold...Really! I will not be looking at Sands Chevrolet too buy a car anymore!
