  • The lower rating is for service not the food. The line has been steady since we walked in. 10 minutes in line behind 1 customer. Only one person on the register who was working her butt off while 7 or so employees were taking up 2 tables for the entire 30 plus minutes we were here. None of them lifted a finger. The line is now 10 customers deep and they're still sitting there.
