  • We're on our third property management company in 10 years, and Rentals America has been as good as the rating and reviews already posted. This review is specifically for Erica Cherry, who is managing 2 properties for my business partner and I (we both live out of state). Erica is extremely communicative and responsive, and goes out of her way to make sure things are running smoothly for us. We are probably a little more involved in making decisions about some of the day to day operations than other property owners, and Erica has welcomed our involvement and has been a great partner for us. I would highly recommend Erica and Rentals America!
