I stay at Palms regularly for business and always recommend it to friends and family. The service has been in serious decline not to mention the lack of maintenance in the rooms. This trip had taken the cake. It's not bad enough it takes an hour to get through registration but lately the house keeping starts knocking on the door bothering me to leave well before 11am. It's rude to your long standing clients and a definite no return for new coming customers. I only hope someone reads this and actually does something to rectify this before the entire property closes. Please get your mojo back and bring some relevancy to your amazing hotel (Hooters hasn't been relevant since 1992) we've had such good times at Palms over the years and you were far ahead of the curve.
