| - When we 1st moved in we enjoyed it, the apartment we chose is nice and big, close to the pool and grills. The first day we moved in the upstairs neighbors made their selves known by banging on the floor the moment we put music on (mind you we just plugged it in and were turning it down from prior use). From that day on up until last month when they moved it was a constant trouble with them. The man next door never had any issues with us but the people upstairs would find anything to complain about. Now Our move out day is approaching THANK GOD!!! This community is NOT kept clean, there is dog poop all over the place, weeds and things from tress all over the ground, think the maintenance just drive around all day and give people problems! Just about 3 weeks ago my guest bathroom was clogged so we asked if there was someone who can come fix it, they replied you have two bathrooms its not an emergency and technically we are off. A neighbor called about the pool saying there was algae growing inside the pool maintenance said "It is clean enough" and went about their business. Now just last week my boyfriends car axel snapped while he was driving so we had the car towed and parked it where no one ever parks, yesterday we go by the car and there is a tow sticker on the car because apparently they don't allow non working cars to be parked. The car next to his DOES NOT MOVE there is dust webs, tree thing stuck to the bottom of the car. I called the apartments to ask since we were moving in a week if they were going to tow it, I then asked why did we receive a sticker and not the car next to ours. She told me they didn't have an answer for me, and they are glad we are moving out, so it shouldn't be an issue. Then told me since I called and asked about the solution that NOW they are going to have the car towed. We have had none stop issues here, It's just my boyfriend, my son, my almost2 weeks old daughter and I that live here. This is the most we have been home ever! I'm so happy I am moving out of this place and on to better things. We pay rent just like everyone else I don't understand why all this keeps happening, if your going to put a tow sticker on someone car make sure it is something fair and you give all the cars that don't move a sticker. and if someone calls to ask a question the front office should not respond back to you in a rude manner but find out why things are happening not till someone "your moving out anyways!"
